Ways to learn· Private training

Train your team on your own workflows, so several are running by the time the training ends.

The same six skills and the same curriculum, built on the work your team really does and the tools you already run. Everyone builds their own thing, so you finish with several running instead of one demo the room watched.

Your team only · four weeks · from $5,500 · online, live

What you get, and what the training costs.

Four weeks · up to 3 people

Four weeks, small team

$5,500

For the owner plus whoever actually runs the process. Small enough that everyone gets their own thing running, and nobody sits through somebody else’s example.

Four weeks, your team

$7,500

For a team you want still doing this in month three. Everyone builds their own thing, and fifteen is the most that works in one room.

Or one sitting. Cannot give the training four weeks? The same six skills run as a half day or a full day, $3,500 to $8,500. See one-day training →

Train your team in a single sitting, when the calendar will not give you four weeks.

The same six skills and the same curriculum as the four-week program, compressed into one sitting and built on the work your team really does. Take the four weeks if the calendar allows the time. This is for when the calendar does not.

Your team only · half day or full day · $3,500 to $8,500 · on site available

Half day · up to 10 people

Half day

$3,500

For getting the team started this month, not next.

  • Built around your business, your tools, and the work your people actually do
  • All six skills, compressed. Everyone leaves with something of their own running
  • Recording and every working file from the session
  • Two weeks of follow-up questions by email

Full day · up to 15 people · on site within reach of New York

When the training has to be one day

Full day

$8,500

plus travel when on site

For a team that needs all six skills in one day.

  • All six skills plus the roadmap, with room to go deeper than the half day allows
  • A prioritized roadmap of what to automate next, in what order, and what each one is worth
  • The afternoon splits by role, so ops and sales each learn against their own work
  • Thirty days of follow-up questions by email

What everyone leaves with

A starter project of your own, running in five minutes.

A ready-made folder setup for your business, so your first workflow has somewhere to live. Plus the complete guidebook for putting Claude to work in your business, and the guides built around your team’s own workflows.

Questions people actually ask.

Q1Is the private version the same content as the open one?

Same spine, different examples. The private one is built on your workflows, so the exercises are your actual work.

Q2Do we talk before the training starts?

Thirty minutes of scoping. Not a sales call. A day built on the wrong workflows is a wasted day for ten people at once, so this call is what stops that.

Q3What does your AI assistant actually see?

Your AI assistant sees only what you connect, nothing else, and nothing gets connected to a real system in class until the settings that control those connections are covered. In a regulated business, email your compliance questions before you book.

Q4Can you also set up an AI assistant for us?

Yes, and the two do different jobs. Training covers the next forty workflows nobody will pay me to set up. An AI assistant I set up covers the one that is too load bearing to learn on.

Tell me about your team.

A few quick questions, about a minute. You get a reply from me, not a sales team, usually the same day, saying which format actually fits.
